Uppal Insurance Agency - Serving California since 1998Since 1998, we have been mentoring enthusiastic members of our local community into a fulfilling career in the insurance industry, while embracing them as part of the Uppal Family. It is an honor to use our experience, knowledge, and expertise to help those ready to build stable, lifelong employment with our company.

Initially, the agency was operated in the tradi­tional manner of most insurance agencies. Since December 1999 we made things happen to shape the agency as you find it today. We adopted a “Personnel Development” concept. Personal Lines Customer Service Representatives began to sell as well as service. Career paths were developed. We ceased to hire people for specific jobs ‑ each position in the agency became a training ground for promotion to the next level. Salary Administra­tion was changed, enabling us to compensate our staff for their development.

The Uppal Insurance Agency is different in many re­spects from the “traditional” agency. Today, most employees are hired without prior insurance knowledge and are developed by the agency. We look for and expect the following charac­teristics:
